Registrations for the 22nd Hospice NZ Palliative Care Conference in Auckland are currently open: http://www.hospice.org.nz/conference-2016/registration-information2
The theme of the conference is ‘What matters most?’. When time is short, we want to do what matters most. The conference theme will challenge each delegate to consider what matters from a range of perspectives. What matters most to patients, to their families, to carers and to our communities when it comes to end of life care? What maters to us most personally?
Who should attend?
Everyone is welcome, but the conference is aimed at health care professionals working for hospice (doctors, nurses, members of the multidisciplinary team) as well as GP’s, district nurses, researchers, educators, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, counsellors, social workers, art therapists, staff from DHBs, and people working in aged residential care.
