An exciting opportunity has become available in our Richmond based office for a Community Education Coordinator (Heart & Diabetes) for 20 hours per week to ensure the provision of community based self-management programmes across Nelson Bays.
The Community Education service provides high quality, evidence-based programmes designed to empower those at risk of, or with heart disease and type 2 diabetes, with self-management skills to promote health and well-being.
We require the successful applicant to be a practicing
health professional with relevant clinical expertise in self-management support, and experience in group adult education/facilitation.
