Smoke Free Education

For smokers, kicking the habit is the best thing you can do to improve your health. Quitting might make sense, but it is not always easy.

Many New Zealanders who quit smoking do it for their health; their families’ health and to improve their financial situation. No matter how old or young you are, it is beneficial to stop smoking at any age.

Quitting not only increases life expectancy, but it also improves quality of life. Within 20 minutes of quitting smoking, your body begins a series of changes that continue for years.
