What’s the Role?
We’re on the hunt for a dynamic Financial and Administration Support Coordinator to bring energy and precision to our team! If you’ve got a knack for keeping things running smoothly, enjoy handling numbers, and have a passion for delivering top-notch service, this could be your next big move. You’ll support our financial operations, manage administrative tasks, and ensure everything stays on track with both our team and our patients.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Administration Expertise
Processing Ministry of Health (MoH) and ACC claims with efficiency.
Keep our office systems and procedures top-notch.
Deliver accurate and timely reports that keep the wheels turning.
Coordinate staff meetings and make sure all the action items are checked off.
Financial Operations Specialist
Help with financial reporting and keep track of KPIs and reconciliations
Handle payments from ACC, MoH, and other funders with precision.
Own the full accounts payable process: invoicing, reconciliation, and batch payments.
Oversee invoicing, accounts receivable, and keep debt management on point.
Quality Improvement & Health and Safety Contributor
Contribute to quality initiatives and help our services stay fresh and innovative.
Keep an eye on health and safety in the workplace so everyone stays safe.
Help reduce health inequalities and promote social wellbeing in the community.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong financial skills, including invoicing, accounts payable, and debt management.
Experience in administration, preferably in a healthcare setting.
Ability to juggle tasks and prioritize with ease.
A team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A commitment to the principles of the Treaty of Waitangi and cultural competence.
