Following the successful Te Tiriti o Waitangi programmes entitled Te Kahu o te Pae Ora which were run in 2023 and 2024, by Dr Roy Hoerara, Kaiwhakahaere Ahurea for Nelson Bays Primary Health, we are going to be holding a further programme commencing in April 2025.
Welcome to this series of two-hour sessions, which explores the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi. Entitled Te Kahu o te Pae Ora these sessions consider the intricacies of New Zealand’s history, through conversation, folklore and understanding the differences between his-story and her-story, between law and lore.
