Are you a natural leader with a knack for creating exceptional experiences? The Medical and Injury Centre (MIC) is searching for an inspiring Receptionist Team Leader to drive service excellence and lead our reception team to new heights.

Your Impact

As the face of our clinic, you’ll:

  • Lead the Team: Inspire, support, and manage a dedicated reception crew to deliver top-tier service.

  • Run the Show: Keep reception operations humming, solve problems, and ensure patients feel valued from the moment they walk in.

  • Shape the Future: Bring fresh ideas to improve workflows, enhance the patient journey, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
