Nelson Bays Primary Health provides Youth Wellbeing Services. The Youth Wellbeing Services assist young people who are experiencing mild to moderate mental health concerns. The services provide assistance for those aged between 12 to 24 year olds. You will be able to access this free mobile service in Nelson Bays.
This service will help by:
Meeting to learn about you and discuss how we can help support your mental health and wellbeing
If you feel our service can be of assistance, we can then develop a plan together
We offer a range of options to assist you including learning techniques and activities to support your wellbeing, meetings with a mental health clinician and/or peer support worker, groups that support wellbeing, assistance accessing community activities and opportunities
