Gordon Shaw

Gordon Shaw (CMInstD) is a New Zealand based professional director and business advisor with over 20 years’ management and governance experience in the commercial, transport, vehicle retail, vehicle regulatory, and Government sectors both in New Zealand and overseas.

Gordon is currently an Independent Director of 2Cheap Cars Group Ltd [Chairs the Audit & Risk and Remuneration Committees] a board member of Nelson Netball Centre Inc, and the Chair and independent director of ProMed HR NZ Ltd.

Gordon also Chairs the Mapua and Districts Business Association.

He has been working in Executive, General Management and Governance roles in the transport, consulting, technology, and Government sectors for many years.

Gordon is a Chartered member of the NZ Institute of Directors.

Gordon is a committee member of the Nelson Marlborough Branch of IoD.

Gordon also provides advisory and consulting services to companies, enterprises and start-ups.

Gordon was appointed to the NBPH Board in July 2023 as an Independent Trustee.
